Fight Back Against Coronavirus

What is Coronavirus?

Coronavirus is a viral infection that will cause symptoms such as cough, fever, and respiratory issues.  You can also have this virus and have no symptoms at all or very slight symptoms that will go undetected.

Control the controllable. What can you do to boost your immune system?  Whether we are talking about the common cold, the regular flu or Coronavirus you need to make sure your immune system is working at a high level.  Health comes from the inside out not the outside in.  If you are healthy and have a properly functioning immune system your body will be able to fight off most things you come in contact with. Here are my top seven things to do boost your immune system:

1.  Boost your Vitamin D level.  Take 5-10K I.U. per day.  If you live where the sun shines make sure to get out in the sunshine as much as possible.

2.  Get quality rest.  Your body needs 7-9 hours of rest per day.  Make sure your rooms is dark and sleep at a cool temperature.

3. Vitamin C supplements.  It is best to take time-released Vit C as it has a short half-life in your body.

4. Take a break from watching the news and be selective in what you watch.  The more fear we live in the worst our health becomes.

5.  Heal the gut.  Your immune system is found in the gut the more we stay away from sugar, and eat quality pre-biotic foods such as green leafy vegetables and starch resistant root vegetables the better our good bacteria will be and the better our immune system will function.

6.  Get regular chiropractic adjustments.  Keeping your nerve system functioning properly will give your immune system the best chance to function at an optimal level.  Call Mountain View Chiropractic.

7.  Take a break from your cell phone and EMF radiation from your wi-fi router in your home.  Constant exposure to EMR radiation will wreak havoc on your immune system.
